Burger mogul’s murder solved thanks to brother’s decades-long hunt for answers

Louisiana businessman Gary Kergan, who co-owned multiple Sonic Drive-Ins with his brother, disappeared after visiting a nightclub in Baton Rouge. Despite suspicions surrounding an exotic dancer and her accomplice, the case went cold for decades. Gary’s brother Ted never stopped searching for answers until he finally saw justice served.

  1. I don't know what it is that makes these millionaires (single or married) get involved with a stripper/exotic dancer. Isn't there a decent, good woman out there that can satisfy their sexual needs and desires? Or is it because they know that MONEY can buy anything.

Sadly, it's always a TRAGIC ending for these men (just like that Silicon Valley executive, who was married, but got hooked on a stripper and was killed).

I'm glad Gary got justice for his brother and that he did not follow the same path of destruction that his brother walked into.

  2. That was no thrill kill.
    That was robbery.
It was reported he had on $8K in jewelry and always carried thousands in cash.
The police failed and a private citizen brother got the job done
