A Georgia woman known for her roller-skating dances was found dead near her mother’s burning car in a remote wooded area in Austell on August 23. Authorities issued a warrant for 22-year-old Beauty “Katera” Couch’s boyfriend, Eugene Louis-Jocques, who was tracked down and arrested in Louisiana for the alleged murder.
