  1. love how the officer is repeatedly screaming "i didnt know that" not realizing that is the irony of why America doesn't presume guilty until proven innocent.
bro, no one called the cops. the guy isnt smashing a window, isnt carrying a slim jim. you cant just assume people are guilty. As an officer you Cant act on shit you Dont Know.. screaming i didnt know that doesnt help your case.

  2. Telling someone “I don’t know if it’s your car” is the same as saying “I don’t know that it ISNT your car” 😂😂😂 Just proved to everyone that he had no reason to believe it’s not their car so there should have been no investigation or detention

  3. "I don't know that" = "everybody's getting detained until i can get someone smarter here to figure it out because I don't believe the public, they are my enemy…"

  4. QI needs to be narrowed. If anything, cops need to be held to a higher standard.

Would one expect an adult to be held to a lower standard than the kids s/he are responsible for raising?

  5. This is fucking infuriating. They cop had no right to be on private property first. No justification for tell him to get on the ground. Was told the circumstance. Didn't ask for any further clarification. Straight to the ground. Used an illegal knee to the back of the neck. Used unjustified pain compliance. Cop went 0 to straight rogue in nothing flat, then is going to file a false police report to justify his actions. When its all clearly case law against the cops very actions

  6. So… they are parked on the sidewalk, on an easement, partially on private property and have tires of different sizes.

I can see why the officer stopped and saw suspicious activity.

They were blocking the sidewalk and parked illegally… enough for a reason to speak with them and ID them
