  1. I got arrested with around 10 cops around me for no giving my ID. They stopped me cause i had no dog muzzle on even though i had a mask exemption when i went to court. Plus i was arrested by a pretend cop who was not sworn in under the oath as i got that on a typed paper & they pursued me like a terrorist with a Chopper Police Cars & Drones. I was found guilty & fined. I was also endured another court case of crap they made up all fabricated bollocks to try to send to prison but i verbaly fought the cop & won. All this shit cause i was out buying Big Pharma stuff for my wife who was very sick & she was threatened to go into lockup as well. Well since 4 weeks ago The AUstralian Human Rights Commissioner verbally stated we no longer have any rights. So 2 weeks ago there were riots here in Melbourne about Sharia Law , so dont be surprised if that crap gets in as well for a Nanny Police State of Genocide.

  2. So what if he is from new York. Thete is a law that says we have a right to freely travel unmolested

Freedom of movement under United States law is governed primarily by the Privileges and Immunities Clause of the United States Constitution which states, "The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States." Since the circuit court ruling in Corfield v. Coryell, 6 Fed. Cas. 546 (1823), freedom of movement has been judicially recognized as a fundamental Constitutional right. In Paul v. Virginia, 75 U.S. 168 (1869), the court defined freedom of movement as "right of free ingress into other States, and egress from them."[1] However, the Supreme Court did not invest the federal government with the authority to protect freedom of movement. Under the "privileges and immunities" clause, this authority was given to the states, a position the court held consistently through the years in cases such as Ward v. Maryland, 79 U.S. 418 (1871), the Slaughter-House Cases, 83 U.S. 36 (1873) and United States v. Harris, 106 U.S. 629 (1883).[2][3]

  3. Officer.
Just because someone made a phone call doesn’t mean you get to side step constitutional rights, sir.
You have to have what’s called probable cause, sir. In other words- would a reasonable human being consider what this man is doing to be a criminal? Would a reasonable human being consider this man to be a threat to society and need to be detained and handcuffed.
If the answer is No to anyone of these then you do NOT have probable cause, and you DO NOT have probable cause to demand his ID. Thats the measure. If you can’t treat every call and person like this? You have no reason being a police officer and you need your cert revoked.

  4. Why is it so hard for the ignorant cops, to understand, that if I have not committed a crime, or you can’t articulate a crime that you think I have committed, I don’t have to give you ID! If they would use that same energy to study the law , they might do better at their jobs!

  5. Citizen – What crime did I commit
    Cop – Nothing
Citizen – Do you want me to leave
Cop – No, but I want to see your ID
Citizen – If I have not committed a crime, I do not want to share my ID and would like to leave
Cop – Oh you can't leave, we suspect you are trespassing
Citizen – No one asked me to leave. You just told me I didn't have to leave. You just told me I had not committed any crime. Now you are refusing to let me leave and claiming that my refusal to leave is a crime.
Cop – Hold on, let me go solicit a trespass real quick.
Citizen – Ok, but even if you do that still just means I need to leave, which I already offered to do and you have prevented me from doing. It still would not give you legal authority to demand ID unless I refuse to leave, which again, I have already offered to do.
Cop – You are under arrest!
