Sarah Boone testified that as long as George (dead guy) wasn't drinking he was docile, friendly and great to be around. But as soon as he started drinking he would become violent and beat her up. In fact she was so scared of George's drinking she diagnosed herself with spousal abuse syndrome and suffered from PTSD. So what does Sarah do….goes out and buys 3 bottes of wine and brings them home for them to drink together.
Am I the only one who thinks everything she says makes her case even worse?
I’m sure that, after he started pleading with her, he was infinitely more frightened than she could ever be. If she had an eye injury as severely as it had been portrayed in her photo, her eye would be swollen shut…or she would have lost the eye entirely. Goodbye Sarah Boone.

3:30 accidentally falling asleep and forgetting to let him out -> went to sleep, thinking he could breathe and somehow wouldn't simply "get a hand free" again, open the suitcase, and come for you? Since you also didn't call the police (or neighbor) or leave with a quickly packed bag out of that fear? This seems flimsier than the original argument, and awkward because when they ask her about her interrogation, the video, and her reaction to the video (not wanting to watch, "you guys are killing me right now", etc.) She has to be like "oh…I was lying out of…fear?"
I have to hear what the prosecution says lol ; this is a case I wanna hear in full, so the prosecution can make her answer my questions (since they mustve had the same inmediate thoughts)

I just saw the video of her humiliating and berating him hours before. How she'd woken him up to verbally abuse him and berate him. For her to claim he said anything nasty to her is a joke. She talked just the same way to him, except he didn't kill her. She could've gone to the police but she killed him in a suitcase. Sure. That makes sense.

Like going to the Police was such an unthinkable choice over putting a guy in a suitcase. HORRIBLE woman.
Some things we know:
1. There is NO evidence that he was threatening her that night. 2. There is video evidence of him pleading to be let out. 3. There is video evidence of her ignoring his pleas for help and actually laughing at him refusing to help. 4. There is video evidence that she at one point tipped the suitcase over. 5. There is physical evidence that beat him with a bat, and she has since confirmed that she did that. 6. If she was scared she had all the time in the world to escape and or call the police.
Verdict: Guilty, prison until death.

Sarah reminds me a lot of my ex, and toward the end of the relationship she got a very alarming text like "want me to come by and kill him?" Did I stuff her in a suitcase? No, did I defend myself in a clearly dangerous situation? Also no. I took my shit and left.
Her attorney made an argument that it was like someone coming at a cop with a gun..Uhm no sir! It’s more like a cop shooting someone while they’re handcuffed. All I know is John Pryor and Sarah’s attorney are definitely related, they should try the 23 & Me thing
I don’t get how she feared for her life if he gets out but yet they were having a good time and he willingly got in. He has to get out sometime. She could have opened it then ran out the house, if she was really in fear
