  1. I don't think the girl is a victim. She mentioned that there was an ecstacy that she took while drinking with them, so that means she is aware of the medicine that she took and you all know what is the effect of that drug. If she was forced, she will never take that drug in the first place. And much worst she was also not force to enter their hotel room… If she is THAT innocent … She will never enter that hotel room …

  2. This “reporter” asks incriminating questions as they walk into court, which they would never, ever answer in court let alone to this moron. I hate this sensationalized angle, let it play out then do follow up about the verdict – at least then, you would have something valid to work with. *OOPS, IMPORTANT UPDATE*

There is the other side of the story that this ‘reporter” will most likely never address & certainly did not research – the prosecution dropped the case. So, the “reporter” successfully ruins the careers of two innocent people without retraction.

My gut feeling was it was totally consensual & the morning after she had regrets for her poor choice.

  3. Just another woman that gets f ed up then claims she wasn't part of it. I doubt the woman would try to friend her online after she "raped" her . The "victim" sounds like the liar in this one

  4. The only information I got from this was evidence of their innocence, when it was said that the girl said she likes it rough. She was willing to take ecstasy and then blames the couple for the effects of the drug? The guy loses his job and everything. Perhaps Jason should have took it a little easier on them. Btw the case was dismissed because it appeared to be consensual sex, as I suspected!

  5. charges dropped in court BECAUSE it was consensual … and the "victim" lied … from this report you can see how ppl are guilty in the media eye even before anything can be proven … this guy, the reporter, disgusts me…

  6. Reporter: “Was the hearing rough?”

Attorney: “We’re not answering any questions”

Reporter: “I’m not talking to you..I’m talking to your client”

Me: umm 🤦🏽‍♀️ well damn no mercy

  7. Charges were dropped, but Im sorry If I was innocent Id answer everyone of his questions and tell him "Im innocent and didnt do this." The reason why they dont stop to answer his questions is because subconsciously mike and anna know that people understand what they did, so they dont bother with reporters. Any innocent person would not act like this, just walking by reporters you can even see the guilt on their faces…

  8. So a woman could feasibly have done drugs with them, consented to the sex, and then felt regret and accused them so they lost their jobs and have to spend tons of money on legal fees?

  9. look here assholes…when was the last time you were invited into a situation on specific terms and things took a turn for the worse???……. even if she suspected a threesum…doesn't give them the right to dope her up and brutalise her!!!!
