  1. That kennel video that Paul took was pure fate . The little detective solved his and his mother’s m****r . That was the convincing nail in the coffin . It left no doubt who did this .

  2. "Oh, no, I've said too much…haven't said enough…is that me up there on the stage…losing my religion?" Creighton ~ This guy mixed in so much information and so many details to overwhelm anybody trying to listen with his times and his minutes and his seconds and even his milliseconds once or twice. And what in the world was he trying to insinuate happened at Almeda in the driveway? That Alex sat in his car? I never got that part. If he was trying to compress time, why would he have waited to let Shelly know he was there and/or going inside? Where could he have hidden any guns near his folks yard? Because the investigation was lacking they did not think to look there right away, but he would not have known that they wouldn't do so.

  3. The SC State Supreme Court has decided to hear the jury tampering case. Hope this POS doesn’t get a new trial. I hope she is prosecuted for what she has done to this case.

  4. Prosecutor Waters is the best in the country but i still have this nagging what if he didnt do it, because this wjole case was based on circumstantial evidence..😢

  5. Alex lied til the end, Creighton Waters did a great job exposing his lies, he claims Maggie came home on her own, she was worried about him, he always wanted her to come home, her sister testified she only came "reluctantly" because of his dad being sick, and as Judge Newman put it, Alex new "Tiger Tinsley" was on his tail and mark is tenatious, Alex was on a mission to make it go away however!!!!

  6. 2:26:24 For anybody who is not tired of this case yet, will you kindly help me out here? I thought the guns were not found ~ that they surmised this killing by comparing casings found in the yard from when Paul & his friend were shooting Paul's 350 Blackout off the steps. What does the Benelli & Maggie's (??) DNA on it have to do with this and where did they find it? Or are they the same gun? Also, in the trial, it seemed Paul loved his blackout and even went and bought a 2nd gun when the 1st was "stolen". Yet in the after-trial interviews w these prosecutors and ABC 4, they said Paul hated that gun and so barely used it "and that" that might be the reason Alex "probably thought" he could use it and nobody "would think of it" (don't ask me to explain; it made no sense b/c Bianca said she saw it all the time in the golf-cart) but then their investigative work betrayed Alex's logic of the "seldom used gun" when they had "found those casings in the yard." Any enlightenment on this subject? And what does no Blood DNA on the floor boards have to do with it? I would have thought this would help the defense. [That he couldn't have committed these shootings and then walk away clean to go to his mothers]. I simply can't go back and listen to all the gun testimony. Thanks ya'll.

  7. Creighton's persistent use of the term "her baby" is as irritating as 'Paw-Paw'. It is like reducing this family to comic book characters. If he were to have had the chance to prosecute Paul for reckless manslaughter in the Mallory Beach case he wouldn't be saying "This baby boy grabbed that wheel and killed that girl."
