  1. If anyone in that court could understand the gun cardinal rule not to point a gun into anyone or anything you are not willing to destroy, they will easily find out that this wasn’t an accident, this was a premeditated murder. No normal decent person would ever point a gun (even a plastic toy gun) into anyone unless you hate that person.

  2. When FBI get involved, we all know the legitimacy of the investigation is compromised. They will more likely find the proof that this revolver was capable of aimed into the Russian woman and fire itself, without Baldwin interaction.

  3. At that moment, the armorer gives Baldwin a gun that supposed to be cold. Why are there live rounds on set. Baldwin pulled or didn't pull the trigger, and a real bullet comes out of his gun. The cops send the gun to the FBI and the FBI blew up the gun. Defense cant do their own research on the gun.

  4. Ok, bringing the kids to court isn't cool.
Bedsides that, even tho Baldwin's a producer, does that mean it's his job to make sure when he's handed a prop gun & he's told the bullets are blanks, he should stop what he's doing to check the gun himself? Or should he trust that it's already been put thru all the checks that are granted every other person who's on that set?
Do all actors from now on have to self check their own weapons or be liable if someone else didn't do their job, or hoped someone got murdered, so let's just blame the actor? 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

  5. The producer on a film is directly responsible for the budget and shooting schedule. His decision to go cheap on the armourer being the producer has a lot of weight over what happened. The judge sounds confused when talking. A lot of mumble mouthed verbiage.

  6. I'm sorry I believe his innocent, using a prop gun not knowing it had a live round in it. The one who need's to be convicted is the guy who loaded the gun. He's the same man who put live round in gun that killed Brandon Lee while filming The Crow. Check facts

  7. At the end of the day, if someone is hired to create a prop weapon they have to test it and make sure it does it’s work correctly.

Otherwise the people creating the film would have just given the job to Baldwin.
It’s a simple matter this thing, separation of powers in any entity that works together to create a common goal.

A producer is an artist who has to direct actors for a specific kind of outcome.

So I don’t understand how they think a producer has time to do his own work and also supervise the work of others 🌚

  8. Years ago Mr Baldwin was filming a movie in our small town the movie also stared sir Anthony Hopkins and Elle McPherson they were happy to come and give autographs we were told by people who were working on set that Mr Baldwin would not going to speak to us they also said he wasn’t liked a local restaurant was asked to remain closed while he ate dinner I’ve never liked him since
