This woman’s timeline doesn’t make sense and that’s prob why Adnan’s attorney didn’t use her as a witness: says school let out at 2:15. She’s in library waiting for her boyfriend. She’s bored because he’s hours late. She said at around 2:30 Annan shows up in library, and she’s happy because she is so bored because her boyfriend is hours late. Huh? Adnan showed up 15 mins after school ended, she said. Not hours later. She goes on to say the school buses were there and she wanted to get on one to avoid public transportation. Her story is made up to be an alibi for her friend, if you listen to her disjointed timeline, it’s obvious.
So why did Adnan never mention he was at the library on the day of his death in his original talks with police?
Jay was her lover and he didn’t want adnan to find out so he killed her 🤷🏻🤷🏻🤷🏻 that’s what I think
I don’t trust her claim. I also don’t think it matters. The phone records show a different story. He could have easily walked into library to give himself an Albi.
Who is here after this poor man has gotten released because he did not do it they do this to our black and brown community especially our Islamic community shit is sad for real it’s ithe injustice system not the justice system justice system is only for white people I said what I said 💯💯
Watch the Crime Weekly or Actual Social Justice cover on this case b'cos that HBO documentary lied too much. Anybody who follow the case closely will see this is a guilty man acting as the victim. He was not convicted due to prejudice on his race or religion in '99, he got convicted because all evidences point to him, his accomplice confessed and he has no alibi but had very strong motive to kill his ex-gf. Those politically and financially motivated documentary and podcasts omitted hard truths and undisputable facts about this case.
innonence fraud, this podcast got totally played by his defense team
The guy who tells the story of adnan killing is a red flag, even the phone ping in this case dont seem to value as the killer may have his phone too during that time. He was used by that man knowing nobody will defend him. Very sad. Do they have dna proof that he killed her?bruises on the convictef killer to show that there was a self defense on the part of the victim?
The library doesn't have security cameras?????
The man went to jail for 13 years because the attorney didn’t do her job to secure the witness. Definitely something fishy going on.
What did Adnan say to police? He didn't say anything?
I think they convicted the right guy.
The dude that had his cell phone and car is wreaking of being involved in the crime – Adnan is innocent
Miscarriage of justice – Adnan’s initial attorney 👎
My biggest issue I have with this case is if Adnan considered Hae a good friend still why did he never page her when it was known she was missing. In the serial podcast it says her friends were contacting her so I guess he didn’t feel the need to but it still feels odd to not try at least once
The lawer is on it she wanted him locked up instead of doing her job
They let him out of prison yesterday. Hopefully now they'll test everything for dna , if they didnt throw it all out after the conviction. her nail clippings would be invaluable.
Any video camera at the library ?
How could the witch lawyer overlook such important evidence ? She should serve lifetime in prison now.. May God destroy all he lairs in this story who were instrumental in getting an innocent young boy's whole life destroyed in prison…
What a shameful work by police and investigators. They messed up big time.
He was freed today after 20+ years… Justice will always prevail ❤️

Sloppy police work, sloppy lawyer.
How was she waiting there for hours but was waiting right after school let out?!
Here after the judged overturned his case!!!!
I'm abit confused how can her boyfriend be hours late but school just finished
How was she sitting there for hours when school let out at 2:15 & she say she saw him at 2:30 ? Am i missing something???
School let’s out at 2pm and Asia says her boyfriend is a few hours late picking her up. She says she saw Adnan right about the time she gets picked up. Which is about 4 or 5 pm since she claims her boyfriend was a few hours late. Hmmmmm
I feel so bad for him low key
Ok how can Asia been waiting for her boyfriend for hours to pick her up … if school let out at 2:15, she saw Adnan at approx. 2:30. And she knew the time was 2:30 because the school busses were leaving shortly & if she didn't get on school bus, she would need to take city bus to go home. Also is Asia also of Pakinistan descent & felt she must help Adnan? Asia timeline is not correct according to her. Why? She said she was waiting hours for her boyfriend to pick her up but school just got out at 2:15 & she said she saw Adnan at 2:30. Also police told all students to not to contact Adnan yet Asia decided to write not 1 but 2 letters to Adnan vs going to Police directly. Sounds like a set up from Adnans defense.
Not only was Adnan's Lawyer Completely Incompetent… But his Incompetence allowed the Prosecutor to fool him & withhold evidence that was crucial in his conviction.
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE/ADVICE:
There are MANY Lawyers that take Serious Trial cases who just want the Money. They either don't have real Trial experience & if they do, they either have a losing track record or aren't studied towards serious cases. Some are alcoholics, druggies, partiers, gamblers, in debt & will take a serious case just to make money.
Always research & get several references from Trials they fought & won. Talk to past jurors ask about their personality, honesty, presence in court room. Before you hire a lawyer. I had my family fully investigate all I mentioned before I spent $15K. Just bc they're a lawyer doesn't mean they're good or knowledgeable. Sh*t, I'd even heard of bankruptcy lawyers taking notorious, high profile cases just to use it for advertisement!! Be extra careful…
Why nobody asking the timeline of events. What is the travelling distance time taken from the university (this witness account) with the crime scene. Is it possible Adnan killed then drove to the library within 20-30min, thats alot time. And the police got the time of death slightly wrong, like 45 min off. And u can do alot with that time. Thereby my conclusion, making Adnan guilty.
School got out at 2:15 she saw him 2:30 the said she was sitting there for hours?
What time did Asia get out of school? School busses would have taken her home HOURS after she was waiting at the library, 20 minutes after school let out?
Guess I need the breakdown of the school schedule….
She says school gets out around 2:15 her boyfriend was hours late but saw adnon around 2:30 and immediately after that her bf pops out
