He was resourceful enough to make that knife 🔪 go into himself. Plus the trajectory was too low going upwards. That lady wouldn't be able to stab through thick skin and bone at that angle. If anything it would have a downward trajectory at that height. He obviously staged the scene!
That husband stabbed himself after he realized he hadn't killed her and she's been able to reach police who were otw. Being that he'd parked the car so far and ran the risk of being caught. Otw back to it he had to injure himself or look like an attempted murderer.
