I still think that it’s possible that he’s alive . Other than being sick in the head, he was a complete “ health nut “ when he was younger. There’s a chance he’s out there somewhere, hiding . I want to think he’s in between Italy and Switzerland, the 2 places he loved best , maybe he’s a retired professor from a local university. He needed to be close to a University, to keep his curiosity going .

I was on an excursion in Roatan and I swear I met this guys son. He looked just like this guy. He told me how he grew up in a small town in Nevada then they moved to Costs Rica and then on to Roatan.

I have worked for the State Department, Foreign Service for 26 years. I am not what they call an officer, more like a specialist in IT. The guy is like 50% of Foreign Service Officers. They all think they are the smartest person in a room. The problem with this guy is they told him he was not by passing him over for the position he wanted.
Bishop wasn't placed on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted List until 2014. He was a most wanted fugitive, but not a 10 Most Wanted Fugitive.
