    There are some parents here that need to be held accountable! You don't let a 10 year old kid walk home alone period! Even with her brother!!! I wouldn't let my 18 year old son walk home by himself!

    That little girl was neglected and died for that. She should have never gone anywhere alone at night. The woman who turned her out at night should be charged with manslaughter. And her mother likewise. A ten year old with a friend like herself leaving their own homes at night to sleep out was a deadly start in life, and for that the kid died.
    Hoping for a revenge is ape mentality.

    Looking up the spot she was found he threw her off the side of the road where there are houses and ranches . It would be an easy place to keep tabs on if he’s just driving by

    Nobody thinks it’s weird that Tim Hartman moved away nine years later but a few months before they found her ? He was keeping tabs on the area and was scared. What baffles me is the whole town signing his goodbye card. It’s almost like they didn’t thoroughly check him cause they liked him. He clearly did this . His wife saw something and knows. Maybe that’s why Melissa felt like she couldn’t interrogate him . She still appears as a perpetual victim. Tim would have seen Lindsey walking by his house all the time if you look at the maps and you can still see the ambulance in his yard. Everyone failed her here .

    Even young women shouldn’t be out walking 8 blocks after dark by themselves let alone a 10 year old girl! I have 2 daughters and I get nervous if they walk to the mailbox by themselves 😭

    The best friends mom said no for her spending night at 915 p.m. unacceptable having her leave house on foot. Her mother should've been called to pick her up. Her death could've been prevented.

    The fact that her friend’s mother let her to walk 8 blocks at 11 pm, she’s gonna feel like a complete idiot. She failed to make a good decision, she could’ve let her stay at least until her mother came for her ( let her call her mother ) …. Good Grief 😢
