A 16 year old carjacker? Are you fcking kidding me? that's totally insane man. Like, who tf was carjacked….a 12 year old? Too many questions on that one. I know that crime doesn't have any particular age but 16 yo is pretty gutsy doing a crime like that and also knowing that there's a lot of armed Americans, that could've gone from 0-100 in seconds

if you see a gun and you as the cop fire just because you seen the gun definitely don't need a gun because you can't say you were in fear of you're life because the gun was never pointed at you and you shot at least 6 times while the guy was running and not pointing or firing the gun at you so very poor choice to shoot and if you would have shot him in the back would you get prison time like a citizen would
