Martha Menefield said she believed it was a joke when officers with the Valley Police Department came to arrest her. My birth dad never pays trash bills or water bills with his first wife. She has a new job, clothes, shoes and also she filed him for divorce on her 26th birthday 😢 and met another guy who was few weeks older than her mom and dad. He was 47, shared a house with garage door opener and he moved on from my stepsisters and his old house in 2005. He found my sister and me when we were six year olds back in past. In March, she lost her mom at age 38, she refuses to change her old married name to my stepdad just now getting her back in July, she lost her grandfather and back in December, she also lost her grandmother and back in November, she lost her other grandmother and September 1996, she lost her first grandfather after her 17th birthday
I don’t get why they don’t just put a lien on the house? And start a eviction process

I’m listening to a “Law Enforcement Professional” lecturing on how people should be thrown into jail for not paying their bills. Wow. We have really reached new lows in this country. We fought a Revolution to get rid of things like debtors prisons and other violations of personal liberty.
I don’t think old people should be arrested maybe corrected but not arrested

Since when are debts not civil? It’s not a criminal offense. They’re in for a lawsuit. I don’t care what they think the law is in their area. I owed 77 dollars for trash pick up. That’s one month behind. They only stopped picking my trash up. I paid it. LMAO!
