  1. When was the murder weapon disposed of? I mean, where did he go after the murders? Did he drive 25-30 miles into washington and dump it in a river or lake? Or did he asked his father to pull over at a rest stop and tossed it in the woods somewhere along the 2500 mile trek?

  2. He was obsessed with the amityville murders. The house was chosen. November 13, 3:16am, house number 112. He’s obsessed with numbers. He committed these murders coinciding with Amittyville.

  4. In regard to the identification of the knife, (Note: graphic info) consider a knife covered in blood from the first or subsequent victims, the tang of the knife would serve as a stamp leaving an imprint on the clothing of a victim. In turn that imprinted outline could be researched by size and design and compared it different knife types and brands. Also if a bone of a victim was struck it could microscopic metallic traces that could be analyzed for metallurgical characteristics.

  5. It seems to me that the court made clear in the Brooks case was that if he went "pro se" he would NOT have a stand by attorney. It was all or nothing, and he chose nothing. This may vary from state to state.

  6. I'm sure they did, but I hope they checked the dishwasher. Its not just trained army dudes who have knives like what's been described. My kitchen block came with a very large, very long, fixed blade serrated knife…. and one run through a dishwasher will remove all DNA.
