Many serial killers kill more than one at a time sometimes. Zodiac did. And Bundy did in the sorority house in Florida.

i would advise y’all to watch tiktok therapy too channel here on youtube here & watch true crime tiktok 32 is the name of the video. there’s been 2 other identical murders all happened on the 13 the of the month. exactly one year apart. all at 3-4am. all one hour south of another. it’s definitely a serial killer
It could hazing involved
The nerves it takes to kill 4 individuals with a knife is not some crime of passion rage killing. To me, this suggests the individual in question has experience, and is confident enough to kill without remorse (collateral or not). This individual will more than likely have a history of violence. This is not their first time, and it won't be their last (unless caught). Knowing the lay out of a small town? Simple. The person need only stay for a week or two. The layout of the home? A stalker need only observe from a distance for a few days. They chose a busy weekend on purpose. The drunken slumber the victims are in makes it easier for the killer. The problem is that it's hard for police officers to accept this theory, because people won't have closure any time soon. Town goes into panic mode. University's enrollment rapidly declines.

It wasn't any amateur. This killer has done this before or planned it very well.
The choice of time, weapon ect, and the mercilessness this smacks of serial killer. I think all the kids were targets and that final scream at 3:12 would have been exit time.
Don't be surprised if the killer is also older than you think and if the case goes cold until the next slay.
Tough part is getting info from college kids. Many are underage and don’t want to be ratting out themselves or friends or local establishments that may serve them underage. Many have fake IDs too. This goes the same for any video evidence students may have on their phones. They don’t want themselves or friends on national news underage drinking, vaping or possibly smoking pot.
Everyone has secrets one of these 4 or all took to there graves maybe they new who killer is

This is to much he has to be close to them he was in that house before I wander if he was going to sleep over waited till they went to sleep and killed them I thinking it's her x boyfriend sorry if I'm wrong but usually it's an x
well its obvious they knew there killer or killers,and either the killer didnt have time to kill the other 2 roommate or they didnt have a problem with them.another thing he took his time to go to each roommate and stab the chit out of each student without waken or maken any noise,sound like to me a train assassin,or he just got lucky,but i said it on this date 12/15/22, he will be caught in the next 2 to 3 weeks.

This case is bizarre. I think that the killer is right under their noses. Maybe just seems too easy, so they are looking right past them.

Middle aged male who’s frequently in those small bars around that area. Knew one of the victims, went to kill her before she moved off and the others were collateral damage. Definitely someone who lives in the area

Why not a serial killer? Serial killer kills one at a time? They have a pattern and a victim profile? Ted Bundy went from room to room in a student resident killing students he could not even see because they were sleeping and it was dark. Surely he is not a usual serial killer, but that doesn´t mean he was targeting someone specific for personal reasons.
