The fact that they are unable to locate this vehicle or someone who drives this vehicle has not come forward, is a bit concerning. I’m confident that whomever was in that vehicle may have the information needed to break this case. That’s a crucial price of evidence, I believe that it may have been a college student or multiple that definitely knows them and it had to be someone that was at the frat party that night, because most college students where out and about at that time or going home.
