I can tell this is a serial killer on loose,and he or she not done yet with there victims.They slain 4 people in one house with gloves and Rambo nife,so obviously this killer know what they are doing be honest…there trying hard do more crime later on then one,
My gut feeling is this quadruple homicide is way too complex for local PD, the sooner the real professional is called in for help, the higher the chance to catch the killer/killers soon.

The boyfriend is the killer duh! He finds out his girlfriend betrayed him and was sleeping with that another girl, and bam he goes nuts! The dead gf was calling him over and over that night to tease him. He had a key to the house and knew everyone's habits at the house. The Idaho cops are just milking the overtime pay duh duh duh. That's the real unsolved crime here! I will bet my house on this. In science we call this kind of reaction 'feedback'.
It seems to me that one of the two girls were the target. Since the couple that slept on the same floor where the perpetrator entered were murdered first the fact that the killer was willing to move on further killing those two girls next then fleeing without further searching out the final two room mates shows the killer was “satisfied “ because he got his target(s). I think the police should look into a jilted lover, a person who was obsessed with one of the two girls, and yes a stalker who was possibly jealous of their friendship and public displays of affection. This is a very insecure man who is unstable and could be hiding in plain sight. Someone who may have been rejected by one of the girls🤔 I hope they find this killer soon!!!
News reporters are getting a little more creative to pretty much say "no change…we are just winging it now".
i just want to know how did the other 2 girls not hear the other 4 like scream when they were about to be killed? wouldn't they hear it??also i know the dog didn't bark so maybe its someone the dog is familiar with and maybe why they didn't scream when someone maybe broke in that they knew the person or something unless its one of those other 2 girls maybe?im not sure but if u know something u can reply
Omg! He did not say Kaylee’s injuries were worse than all 3…he said worse than Maddie’s. He most likely got that information from the funeral home where they both were sent to be cremated. I think that’s why he said he paid for that right! Maybe he seen both girls before cremation. This info didn’t have to come from LE!
Cops hate it when the media covers a case. All these questions that need to be answered can become annoying. Police are the new cancel culture target it seems from media coverage.
Can't release info you dont have in a game of investigation roulette. And dont you internet investigators get involved either.
I'm worried that we may be dealing with an out of town serial killer. I think most people would rather think about it being someone the victims knew because then they get to play Clue. If it is some random serial killer there is very little the public can do or speculate about.. We can't look at footage of friends acquaintances, neighbors or family members and ask ourselves "Hey are they acting hinky? That leaves us feeling powerless and bruises our egos..
I think it's become a real mental block. It's just an ego trip that first tricks us into convincing ourselves that their is a discoverable motive and plenty to go on if we really concentrate when in actuality there may not be. Then before you know it we have convinced ourselves we know the killer is insert name here. I hope it's not a random serial killer because our track record of catching serial murderers is not good. But I refuse to be blinded to the possibility.

Sorry my opinion….someone they know did this. Someone put the dog in the empty room before kill all. The two didn't see all the blood around the murdered kids ?

I think this is premeditated murders.
JACK is the KILLER. They show these pictures of him and he’s a small frail little boy but when you see him at the funeral service he was tall and big enough to do something like that. I believe Ethan tried to stop him from leaving after the incident and he was then killed by Jack and then Xana was killed immediately after. Jack lives so close to that house and had every motive to do what he did. I believe this was all about the dog more than Kaylee and Jack being separated. Maybe he was scared to death to think what kind of life she would have in another state somewhere. The police need to look more into that guy because his whole demeanor was off at the service and I even said that funeral service will most likely draw the killer there. I want justice for those 4 young humans. LOOK INTO JACK! He is the only one with the balls to walk into that house in the middle of the night because if he was caught he could have said he was there to see Kaylee. 🧐

Ppl keep talking about SO MUCH DNA because of SO MANY ppl being in house. All they should be looking at is around entry/exit door & DNA mingled in the blood like other blood, hair & skin DNA also under fingernails.
