Every cop that went into home and those that didn't leave the cartilage immediately should be fired and locked up.
Who would of thought cops not knowing the law ? No way
That cop wanted him bad.
8:15 isn’t the landscaping guy parked illegally?
Good video. I would have thought the warrantless entry was legal in this case because of the traffic violation here. Your videos could be used for police training and save cities lots of money.
Surprised that you don’t hear cheers in the background from the neighbors
Lesson: Make sure your doors are locked when speaking to police through the door
That Homeowner was an Ass ! He was just asking for trouble by complaining about a guy only doing his job, he needed to be arrested !!!!!
Karen cop as usual point a finger and assualt and battery charge. Cop throws you to the ground to put cuffs on and they break a nail its an assault charge
I wish officers would stop giving stupid people money via civil rights lawsuits.
Great. They hemmed up an ahole who deserves to be hemmed up, but then violated his rights and handed him a lawsuit.
Richard seems like he's a dick.
How about letting the guy close his door and calling a tow truck to clear the road and writing a ticket ? why the invasion of his home and beating him and throwing him in a cage ? how does any of that help clear the road ?
I mean…
they DID have PC for an arrest under OK statute. He committed a traffic infraction in view of the cop, AND a reporting party stating an assault and battery AND Richard went back into his house after being told he was detained for a traffic infraction.
They should have just backed off, called a judge and gotten a signed warrant. This escalated needlessly because the cops were 99% sure they wouldn't get in trouble for it, and were that 1% chance where they actually DO get held accountable.
Richard deserved an arrest. Not THAT arrest though.
American friends, I think you got the kind of police you deserve…
Richard isn't just a jerk, though. He was actively attempting to falsely imprison someone against their will.
I get that it didn't get to that, but only bc lawn guy wanted to work. It's extremely dangerous to allow ppl to think they can do that.
All that being said, cops are still completely wrong in their approach.
Did McMan make a fortune off of the cops?
Honestly this the first time I said with a cop that guy is A bully he deserved that shit
When they stop people for traffic checking they ask driver to stay inside..
When they come to people house they force to get in when you close the door
😂😂
