My parents neighbour they had a son who was a tutor. He lusted after a 9 year old but he knew it was wrong. It was a really weird situation in that he tried to have a relationship with her whilst acknowledging it was wrong. Eventually the parents told him to stay away when they worked out what was going on. He ended up setting himself on fire and died. Probably from a combination of not being able to see her and knowing something was wrong with him.
