The "tattoo artist" who tattooed the child is a shame to the entire community. You don't tattoo a minor, in no circumstances
As a grandma, she should know better.
But if he wanted to become a girl the state would be ok with it…
Unlicensed tattoo artist?! Good lord! Kid could end up with hepatitis or lord knows what else!
I live in Indiana and called cps on family that tattooed their 9 year old. The family was also hitting the kids with belts. They said it wasn’t illegal to do either. You can beat your kids if you don’t leave a mark as for the tattooing that didn’t matter either.
“you can’t let my grandkids see how irresponsible I am†I don’t know if I would’ve made the kids go back inside before arresting her. That probably would’ve been a good lesson about what happens when you drive drunk.
Come on Lady. There's never an excuse for DUI but to be a grandmother who practices such little responsibility is just flat disgraceful and inexcusable. I find it really hard to believe her child doesn't know grandma is an alcoholic so I'm not buying any fake outrage.
If that was my kids grandmother she wouldn’t be allowed to see my children again.
"What about me"…damn…that tattoo will probably get infected too
Grandma Sloshy ðŸº
I am a grandma and there is NOTHING I would ever do to put my granddaughter in harms way!!
I'm mentally disabled and agoraphobic but when that little girl needs me I would walk to the ends of the earth for her!
Great way to give your 10 year old Hep B. What in the world?
Everyone who's drunk in these videos goes for the Fireball or the Buzzball (is that what it's called?) Cheap drunks. If you're going to get bombed, go out with a decent alcohol.
From a Libertarian perspective, the tattoo artist is correct; the parent consented. The BEST judgement? No, but whatever.
The only issue at hand is that of Sanitation.
In the United States, we are the Government's employers.
In what other circumstance does the employer need the employee's permission to exercise discretion?
Otherwise that's like presuming to tell Jewish families that the minor attendees at Passover Sedar can't have a little wine.
Religious Freedom, combined with parental discretion, trumps the drinking age under the parents' roof.
My great niece has had her lip pierced since she was 16 even though she, "wAsN't SuPpOsEd tO".
Again, her mother's permission supersedes our employees' little feefees.
Who in their right mind allows their 10 year old child to get a tattoo?!?! The mother needs to go to jail!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
I love when she told the officer the green stuff in the baggie was Green Tea. It was actually Kratom! LOL. That stuff is nasty! I tried it once, and it made me so sick and out of it! I dont know how people take that stuff!!! I can't believe she drove drunk with her grandchildren! She's a horrible person and I wouldn't allow her alone around my children ever again!!!
“Can I breath, can I smokeâ€
Bro as someone who recently quit but smoked for half of my life.. if you actually can’t breath smoking is the last thing you want to do lmao.
I absolutely could not smoke when I was having a panic attack or anything. Even if I needed one I physically just couldn’t do it
She can't breathe but she wants a cigarette. Thank God the kids are ok.
Press fing charges. Ridiculous and selfish not to.
Tyler please stop using AI to tell your stories. They are over described and you could easily say the same thing in less than 5 sentences 😂
Seriously, WTF is wrong with people?
What was the tattoo? I couldn’t make it out
Well all in all, it's not the worst of our daily doses of crime. Just further evidence of the utter collapse of western civilization. Maybe tomorrow will be better. ðŸ™ðŸ»ðŸ’›
That would be the last time that grandma would be around my children
If a child getting a tattoo, with parental consent, is against the law then ANYONE who got their ears pierced before the age of 18 needs to be arrested. I've seen babies with their ears pierced! I had my first set of ear piercings at age 6. It's okay to cut off genitals of the mentally ill and confused youngsters and have major ELECTIVE surgery on children, yet face no jail time. At least tattoos can be removed, secs changes are for LIFE!

People saying stuff like "at least she was honest" must live under a damn rock. I'm so confident that that was the kind of honesty born from experience being caught drunk driving before. There are plenty of videos of people with multiple DUI's doing exact that. Being honest simply cause they know the cops aren't going away and will find out no matter what. Rock dwellers don't get that not having priors show up doesn't mean anything cause it's so common for cops to try to spare people the charge and just make them get picked up instead. And who gets that courtesy free pass the most often. Surprisingly not youngsters(good!). It's older people. The people who have literally no excuse not to know better. People who have seen videos of individuals with multiple DUI's will understand what I'm saying about it appearing to NOT be a new experience for her. Straight up having open alcohol in the car says a lot as well. If someone is comfortable enough to do that it's cause they're really at ease drinking and driving.
That tattoo looks ugly as hell.
Don’t call them a tattoo artist! 🙄
Can’t breathe, but wants to smoke… SMH
Are these people drunk every single day??? The drunk jerks in these videos are ALWAYS crying! I could never be addicted to anything that makes me that miserable. What kind of way is that to live?
I love my daily dose of crime with Tyler!
She does come from the generation where drunk driving was most common and the laws were almost non existent.
What kind of mother allows there kids to be pick up by a drunk or even be around one mother must be one also
If you’ve been drinking at all, and a cop pulls you over to ask you to get out of the car and they’re probably going to arrest you, lawyers say it’s best not to do the FSTs because it’s just more evidence to use against you. Your license will only be suspended you if you don’t agree to allow the test of your blood alcohol content at the police station during booking process The breathalyzer you do in the field isn’t admissible in court, but as long you comply with them to take a BAC , you won’t get a suspension from not agreeing to take the test in the field.
Here is Google’s explanation: No, you cannot be penalized with a driver’s license suspension for refusing a Field Sobriety Test (FST) in the United States, as these tests are generally considered voluntary and not subject to implied consent laws. However, refusing an FST is different from refusing a chemical test (breathalyzer or blood test), as refusing a post-arrest chemical test can lead to an automatic license suspension under implied consent laws in many states.
Can you imagine? My mother was literally the person I trusted most with my daughter besides her father. Whackado.
Grandma would never allowed to be able to pick up my kids ever again if this happened.
"I can't breath" and "can I have a smoke" in the same breathless sentence lol
She can’t breathe and wants a cigarette??… Really lady. Do not pick up kids drunk or drive with them. That’s pure negligence.
Is the wannabe tattoo artist a pedo and a moron? Who wants to tattoo a 10 year old? That is creepy. The cops should confiscate all of his tattoo equipment for evidence so he can't tattoo.
She's been celebrating now for 30 years.
What a pathetic grandmother and mother. They both need an intelligence booster. Lock them up!
Lmao- she cant breathe already but isnt even handcuffed yet, lmao 😅😅😅😅😂😂😂😂
No, tattoos, but a parent can have their children's genitals cut off, if they think they're the opposite sex. Make it make sense
