The judge and lawyers involved in wrongfully convicting John Kinsel should be put into prison for 26 years as a consequence (same time John has been in prison). A new law should be made, if you're a judge or lawyer, and you wrongfully convict/prosecute someone, you should serve the same amount of prison time the victim had to endure. That's fair, that's justice.

This is something that destroys blended families when adults allow children to just grow up without proper guidance and a disciplinarian steps in that child despises them… you may love the parent but to me no ones worth my happiness you can share in it but not disrupt it……didn'anyone find it strange that since she was allowed to be openly rude to her step father that he would touch her and leave the others he has a better rapport with….the divorce wasn't enough she had to put him in jail….. Not only she ruined his life, but also made a big disadvantage to every person who actually became a subject of sexual abuse.
False rape accusations happen all the time. Some do it for control. Some for revenge. Some because they’re mentally ill. Some due to regret sex. This is why actual evidence should be necessary in any sexual assault case. The US is too dangerous for men. A woman points her finger and a man’s life is destroyed.

She has tried so hard to help right the wrong that she did all those years ago. She has not had an easy life and she was basically forced to testify by an over zealous A.D.A. He wanted to further his political career by bullying a young child. He accomplished that goal. So please no more negative comments about Alyssa. She came forward and went to court even after she had been threatened with perjury. Thank you all for believing in my brother. It means a lot to our family.

If it didn't happen and someone recanted he should be set free. The liar should be incarcerated for the time he was.
