You would think that at least on an Indian reservation one would be given a small plot of land where they could build a small home and have a place where they could lay their head at night, job or no job. Maybe keep a few animals and have a small garden so they could feed themselves.

31. We lived in ND for a while & the horses were allowed to roam free. It flipped out the first time I saw that horses just walking down the road. I am glad they put the horse down. Hope the family was ok.
