  1. Funny how Georgia can pass draconian voter suppression laws, but CAN'T pass a law to put phone jammers into the Jails. Job creation at its finest.

  2. I don't understand why they do not install cell phone signal blockers around the prison grounds or is that too easy ?

  3. Hmm, how about installing signal jammers in the compound? Yes, the technology isn't cheap and maybe not that effective yet but since this is such a big problem, why not…

  5. The chief guard is more concerned about face loosing for not finding contraband, instead of being satisfied for not finding any evidence. I’ve seen a lot of this kind of attitude from prison guards, who get personal (and mean) in their performance and dealings with inmates, instead of acting professionally.

  6. Well lets be honest if you weren't extorting inmates on phone time. The phone service has been robbing stealing for years. Drop the prices on phone calls and it might get better.
