These guards are useless and overpaid they sneak in contraband themselves they should be put back to minimum wage.

Problem with American prison systems is you guys pamper them, you want to see how a prison should be run, check out the documentary called Black Dolphin Prison. It's a maximum security prison in Russia. The Russians could teach you Americans a thing or two on how to deal with prisoners. You Americans allow your prisoners to run your prison, such a shame.
I don’t understand why they find sharp things, cell phone…from their cells, in Japanese prison no officer can find these things because they do their job very well and it is all organized. I think officers need to watch their actions not inmates..
I'm watching this series closely. One thing is sure that constant security loopholes in these prisons will stay and inmates will prove that repeatedly whenever shake-downs takes place. And these jokers in uniforms realise that they are heavily outnumbered and that nervousness is clearly visible on their face and eyes no matter how much they show themselves up as cowboys in front of inmates. I've noticed an inmate walks more confidently inspite being unarmed. And the uniformed jokers are visibly nervous inspite of being armed.
