Alaska State Troopers: The Dangers in the State of Alaska Pt.5 | Extra Long Episode

—-
Alaska is the largest state in the USA. With just 670,000 inhabitants, the “Last Frontier” is one of the most sparsely populated regions in the world. But even here there is crime. The Alaska State Troopers ensure law and order in the Arctic Circle: they track down missing persons in the wilderness, go on dangerous undercover missions and hunt down traffic offenders. The “Alaska State Troopers” series accompanies the officers on their not quite everyday missions.

This episode starts with a bang as the troopers respond to a call about gunshots and screams. Alaska State Troopers gives you a glimpse into the hard work of being a trooper: from controlling out-of-control partiers on the Seward Peninsula to search and rescues on the melting ice in Nome. And Alaska State Troopers, hunting wanted villagers in Brevig Mission and keeping crowds calm at Alaska’s infamous Arctic Man Classic.

  1. I feel especially bad for people getting charge or going to jail for pot i really think alcohol is the real problem here i know people can go and have a good time but some people just cant drink

  2. “It was easier going the other way “. Yeah. It might have been but the other way is going to cost you a whole lot more. Especially if the judge sees your stupid butt saying that with no remorse at all.

  3. This show is pretty good, cept for all those Officers who can't stop chewing gum with their mouth open.

  4. The scarce decimal endogenously call because cause alternately moan excluding a abounding tip. brave, dead protocol

  5. 14:54 "These guys are high as a kite" ?? stoned out of their skulls rather . "High" is generally being considered having an expanded consciousness , rather than a reduced one . It's a common U.S. misconception to consider being almost unconscious , as "high"…..🖐😴
Great series bytheway . Thanks for uploading these extra long episodes.

  6. bruh do these people not understand you use minimal gas when in snow. going full power melts the snow and makes a nice patch of ice to slip on.

  7. He used a breathalyser on a fella sitn in he’s garden then arested him bit extreme didn’t even give him a warning just to go in and call it a day 😂😂

  8. Lost on the mountain without GPS, I never go anywhere out of town (off road Motorcycle) without my Garmin-Inreach GPS.

  9. Did anyone else notice that at 1:29:40 (ish) the PSO was wearing a tin badge almost like a sheriff badge then in the next scene he wasn't wearing a tin badge but rather his crest. I am wondering if he was told to remove the Tin

  10. I have been watching this episode of Alaska State Troopers, but I haven't noticed any local trooper ie indeginous, native (Alaskans?). I'm not saying I know how they feel, but it is a good moral booster to identify with the authorities which look like you and fact that it's incomers who end up telling you the does and don'ts it really brings in resentment. The question comes, why are we educating our children if they don't end up showing in the system as examples to the local young what they can achieve? I'm sure you probably have one or two, but it should be self evident by their presence. From looking around there isn't much going around in the form of employment other than seasonal fishing jobs? As for the programme on its own merits, very interesting and worthwhile. I couldn't help noticing a drunk man being disruptive towards a trooper who had been called to help another drunk who was slumber Ed on a grass patch. A s much as he was drunk to a stupor, I could sense his frasturation which he could only express through his Dutch courage but still nervous to say his true feelings to the trooper. The handled him magnificently, and people's frasturation come out through sometimes peculiar behaviours. Not that I'm excusing his nuisance conduct, but his feeling powerless can come out through these displays

  11. Is that chocolate lab the troopers dog? I’m halfway through the video and that’s the second time I’ve seen that dog?
