Does anyone ever show up for their court date? It seems like 80% of traffic stops involve someone with a warrant for a failure to appear. Why do we take people that we can't trust to obey traffic rules, people we can't trust not to steal, we can't trust not to drive drunk, in general we can't trust them at all but we somehow trust them to show up to a court date they don't want to go to, that will probably see them locked up????
