    26.26 The guy was being polite and asks to blow in the bag which tells them straight off he's DUI. He saved them the grief of the sobriety tests. Why don't they ask all to just blow in the bag then if they are over they can be arrested to do the blood test. There are also tests for drugs that the Police in Europe do with a swab and this can identify what specific drug whether prescription drug or illegal narcotic the driver has taken. The driver is then arrested and takes a blood test.

28. I do not understand why are police in the States doing this alcohol field test. I mean they can use the breathanalyzer. Here in Europe, the field test with walking and counting would not be a proof at the court.
