But, when y don´t answer any questions – y have to be sure that y are not alone; call your lawyer immediately or use a hidden kamara, very often troopers take that as an personal insult and will use illegal force in different kind of ways. NEVER ever step out your vehicle: Answer has to be: Em I detained or arrested – when not: Em I free to go! When you step out, they will say: "stop resisting" and y are already done for doing nothing wrong- bodycam can not see anything – they try to book y for any and so many charges as possible. When they have a bad day – you are done even when y have done nothing illegal. But, please be careful – they are neurotic and paranoid, these days they shot someone for No reason.
