21. When did a police officer become a VET??? That bear may have been badly hurt, but he was fully conscious and may have had a chance to live with proper assessment and medical help. I can't comprehend his decision to do that without professional medical assessment. A police officer should be helping save lives whether human or bear. He may be an animal, but he is still life.
