7. The troopers with the injured hiker should have looked at the injury, pulled a pistol and said "Yeah thats a bad injury, we cant chance injuring others trying to get you off the mountain so were gone have to put you down. You want it in the chest or the back of the head?"
   Edit; This post was meant as sarcasm. In no way do I want Wildlife Troopers shooting hikers.
