39. the whole team is responsible not just the doctor!!! this had to be a black market thing. I've worked in O.R's and everyone in the room knows what procedure is being perform. Also the surgical tech and first assist would have said something because every person in the O.R.knows human anatomy!!!!!! On top of that before your surgery, the operating team meets with you and verify you're name and surgery thats being performed before they put you to sleep. Soooo whats really going on????
