27. I have wasted so much time and energy applying for positions, preparing for and attending interviews with companies that have this same mindset of racial preference. I would have appreciated knowing I didn't have a chance before wasting my time, money and energy trying to impress people who would rather hire a terrible candidate who looks like them than even the most qualified candidate who doesn't.
