31. Going home from Sturgis, great rally. There was a mix of people, with and without masks. Businesses encouraged social distancing and were very welcoming. Don't know where you get your 60% of locals were against it because not one local said a word during the five days we spent there, only thing I heard was "Thank you for coming, see you again next year". Have you looked at the Covid stats for South Dakota? They're doing something right there. One miscommunication of people going to Sturgis is they stay in that small town and party. While yes there's one heck of a party there the main reason bikers go is to ride while there. We put on about 170 miles a day taking in the beauty! The majority isn't all bunched up partying. We come to ride the mountains and canyons, see the buffalo roam, take in Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse. Many visitors and businesses were VERY RESPONSIBLE and used good Covid practices.
