  10. They’d get insurance money that would benefit both of them, ha. Nothing personal about it. Rates might go up, which they’ll split the costs of, but might be less than out of pocket costs – or they just want the insurance money.

  13. This was probably about the insurance, but I do feel his frustration with his wife. I divorced my first wife for her serious lack in self accountability. The final incident was instead of her putting shoes in the drop area 3 feet to the side on a shoe rack by the side door, she repeatedly left them on the floor to be tripped over and would constantly argue about it when I told her how dangerous it was. Our 13 year old came through the side door and tripped over her shoes and fell down the basement stairs. She sustained fractures in her back, neck, jaw, and suffered brain hemorrhaging. Throughout the ordeal, the ex seemed to be more concerned about what people would think about how our daughter got injured. I noticed on her social media accounts she started lying about how our daughter was injured and when I confronted her about it, she refused to take accountability for her negligence and made excuses for everything, then blamed both my daughter and I for the whole incident. I filed for separation a 3 days later. Daughter is 21 and still suffers from back and neck pain.

  19. Recently had to tell my mom about all that she has blocking the path of traffic. Yes, you may know it's there one minute, but you easily forget the next time you cross paths, especially if you are preoccupied, like carrying something! Women, pick up your damn shit

  35. Being in the insurance industry I think they did this to try and cover the cost for his medical bills because HO insurance covers things like that… lol don’t mind me tho

  38. I think (but I'm not 100% sure) that the insurance company makes you sue for medical bills reasons. Which is stupid. I saw a woman who had her wrist broken by her child sized nephew jumping up for a hug explain it. She wasn't actually suing him per say and didn't want to, it was a medical insurance thing.

Unfortunately, most homeowner insurance companies will require you to file a law suit or at the very least contact the police to file a report for different kinds of accidents that happen in your home. I've seen a grandmother have to file suit against her grandchild (that one was successful) because she was terribly hurt in their home while babysitting. It sounds crazy from an outside perspective, but that's the insurance game. They want to take our money but NEVER pay it back so we gotta get creative.

  49. This actually makes sense. He named her in a lawsuit in order to get his medical bills paid for by her home owners insurance most likely.
