It’s a realistic possibility. But the judge was the one who said he wouldn’t be dangerous and wouldn’t be a threat. That looks bad on the judges part. His/her decision proved to be wrong and a life was lost because of it. So to me it seems like the judge was the one who was a dumbass in this scenario.
