14. I have to give him credit for pulling a scam like this, it actually worked! He attracted patients to his "practice." You also have to remember that Florida is ground zero for medical fraud. They have dozens of drug rehab clinics, taking patients who are government subsidized, but they're really just boarding houses. I've seen all kinds of phony medical professionals like "weight loss hypnotists" and "life coaches" who have no qualifications, and are really just witch doctors.
