24. I think her point was to not criticize the country overall by kneeling. The country has its flaws but if we don’t try to make a political statement while we honor the country that’s giving the right to speech to every person in its soil, but instead make such statements under a different context she might be ok with that. Drew Brees made his statement during his own personal time and wasn’t disruptive while kneeling comes across as a public stunt. If you want to be a part of this country but seek better treatment, don’t disrespect the country especially when it provided you with a platform to make millions to play the sport you love.
