I have to choke a little in order to defend Kellyanne Conway because I think that overall although she is smarter than President Trump (the average earth worm is smarter than Trump) I do not think that she was saying there existed 19 Coronavirus strains prior to the current Covid-19. I think she is trying to say that as there may be newer strains forming beyond the current forming in the Fall, we should expect that the WHO would be looking for that to happen.
