Yoni steams, yoni eggs and not wearing bras (which block flow of energy and limph) are things you should really research and talk with people about on both sides before you spew your opinions to the world. You have gynecology whose roots are based on racism and sexism. Look up the "father " of gynecology, a slave owner who tortured and murdered women slaves out of his curiosity for how the female body worked. Once he was able to keep his victims alive he took his "practice" up north and offered it to rich white women. Gynecologist still have to study this psychopaths notes! So yeah no thanks. On the other side you have methods that have been around for thousands of years, practiced all over the world by women. These are traditions. I have personally done all three and it's been amazing learning how these methods have positively changed the life others add well as myself. Utilize Google, pick up a book, talk to women and learn something new.

As far as Yoni eggs, their purpose is for vaginal strength mostly, stimulate vaginal lubrication, prevent uterine prolapse etc. Its doing kegels (which doctors actually DO recommend women should do) only this is with an actual "weight" (the egg or Ben Wa ball) The different stones are used for spiritual or energetic reasons, the same way a person would wear certain gemstone jewelry for protection etc. Its at your own discretion if you feel that part is true. Just saying educate yourself and don't just rely on what a doctor tells you. Guys out there need to be happy if a female wanna keep her vagina to the upmost level instead of knocking it. I highly doubt Gwyneth really needs the small amount of money that will come from egg sales in comparison to what she makes doing movies.
