No utilities were turned off.  I live a mile from Lake Worth.  For 15 years my cooling bills for five summer months ran $500 to $600 per month to cool my house down to 80 degrees Fahrenheit (which is not cool!).  Where has this bogus Omar Hardy been? 15 years X 5 months X $500 = $37,500 to cool my house down to a hot 80 degrees.  Then I have to pay crazy high property taxes on top of that also.
