Why are these private companies allowed to follow U.S. law only when it suits them, they use laws like hate speech, anti terrorism laws, laws against pedophilia, anti bullying laws, death threat laws, they site them all the time so why are they exempt from the first amendment but choose to follow others, if you operate in the U.S. you need to follow U.S. law & all it's amendments, it's as simple as that, if YouTube or Facebook or any other private corporation was to break the law do we not take them to court, of course we do, do the courts rule on Amendments, of course they do, so why are they still exempt.
