Most police departments in Miami are filled mostly with young Hispanic kids who are extremely cocky and usually conduct themselves as if they have something to prove. I dare you to look at the graduation photos of every police dept in South Florida and see for yourself. And Yes this Officer was a young hispanic who because the color of his skin will be justified and exonerated and will continue to patrol our wonderful South Florida streets. Miami is the epicenter of modern day racisim against blacks but is masked from the nation by our wonderful place called South Beach and the new haevens place called The King Of Diamonds.
