If he is unable to see because of his condition all he needed to do was appoint his brother to act on his behalf. Americans can't say shit!! you don't need money to go to the doctor's or the hospital in England as long as you're a national or belong to the European union. America is a shit whole of a country if you're black. Not saying that there ain't any bias here but I've lived in both countries, and believe England is a far safer place for the black men. 14. A lot of the fitness tests are done by a private company working off a tick list and not actual doctors as the gov feel that doctors give out sick notes etc too easily. But if a person is medically unfit for work then they are unable to work. I don't get the confusion.
