I've earned my house,car and business through hard work and perseverance. what i see here in the UK is institutions giving job positions to blacks and ethnics for fear of being labelled racists. The MET police is a classic example as they recently announced that they must have 25% blacks/ethnic minorities. WHY? If you don't meet the criteria of being qualified then what gives you right to have it for being just a different skin colour ? it should be given to the one who's better qualified and if that means black/white or yellow then so be it. The BBC is no different when they recently announced job positions and they openly stated "Whites need not apply". This in it's self is inherently racist to Whites.
