Working at a call center I can definitely relate to why she acted like this. I think the things she was saying to the customer on a daily basis but never actually say them to the customer for obvious reasons. However in a situation like this she’s completely wrong when hearing she made a mistake like we all do and I’m sure karma will take care of her. Still doesn’t change the fact Ms Debbie is an idiot for trying to deliver newspapers during a flood 🤣
