This release of COVID-19 was Phase II of the operation Putin and Russia’s bio-warfare division put into action. First you get an incompetent clown elected, then initiate the bio-warfare campaign. Everything’s going according to plan. Ever since the development of nuclear weapons, the intractable problem has been how to destroy your enemy and yet leave your enemy’s infrastructure intact. Russia already has the antidote. They didn’t give it to everyone in Russia because a certain amount of people had to be written off to cast off suspicion. Putin and the Russian elites calculated that if they went to war with military personnel, there would be casualties anyway. This way a few Russian civilians die, but the military remains unaffected. And actually you need your military to be at the ready to invade to US whose soldiers are either sick or under quarantine.
I'd like to see a video that explains what the beginning of this virus in the positive sense.
People should recognize that constitutional governments such as that of the EU and the US are legal institutions not social ones.
The changes being made in society are coming from the changes in the way work is carried out in society.
People will be working from home and those industries where jobs cannot be performed at home will go out of business.
History suppresses certain branches of industry as it also promotes the development of new ones.
China builds hospitals in less than two weeks is an example of a government that is not a constitutional republic but one that is a social institution responding to social needs in a proactive manner. Instead of spending resources on defense because of national conflicts, government can spend resources on meeting human needs. When work and society are transformed, the family is transformed, requiring a transformation of government to become a central organizer and planner to have all the needs in society met. Humanity arrives at the 21st century and 2020 is that transitional moment that breaks away all the things of the 19th century we still use today.
This new way of work will call into question the need for the old economy. Why do you need a stock market or a central bank, or a boss? Why will we need school boards determining school taxes when school buildings are unnecessary when all one needs WiFi and a lap top to educate children all over the world? Why do we even need money to represent working time when work is no longer used to make goods for exchange?
Why the need to retain all the things the old economy needed before the virus when the virus has changed the way we work and live giving birth to a new economy? From the changes in work and family our needs will change and in turn, the needs change our products as we become more accustomed to finding meaning in our new family arrangements, less divorce, less juvenile delinquency, less suicide, less depression, less loneliness. With less of the present-day maladies in society there is less of a need for massive military and police institutions expenditures. The major focus will be agriculture, the area of human activity vital to human survival. Search for a better life comes to an end. No more mass migration for societies ravaged by war the need to get them re-oriented to the new way of life the new international mission. Why will we need nuclear weapons if societies are finding more contentment at home? I see many benefits to this crisis. Our fears are really about losing the old way of life we have become accustomed to living.
The second benefit to this virus is the environmental change, improving nature as it gets a chance to recover from human damage. Less to no fossil fuel emissions, less chances of infestation, disease and a strengthening of the human body's immune system through the increase of oxygen in our atmosphere and as we know from the paleontological record a greater diversity of life, and a general slowing down of climate change and oceans rising.
My Covid-19 conspiracy theory goes like this:
My fiance died in June 2019 while on parole (for a crime he never should have been "convicted" of in the first place – CPS & DA are corrupt too!) and forced to live in SOLANO COUNTY (where CA's FIRST COVID-19 CASE CAME FROM) 65+ miles from his hometown (where I live and where we 1st met back in 1989), and it took them 5 months to "declare" the cause of death in November 2019, which they claim was "Community acquired PNEUMONIA" (he also was diabetic and had high blood pressure and was 50 years old). Although I had been calling the Solano County Sheriff Coroner's office weekly since August 2019, I did not receive the coroner's report until January 2020. I was surprised to see the Coroner's Report mentioned that my fiance had been seen in the ER at Sutter Hospital in Vallejo, CA 5 days before he died, but did NOT mention that he told the ER that his right lung hurt when he coughed and felt like he had PNEUMONIA or that Sutter did an X-ray of his lungs and "determined" he did "not" have pneumonia – instead they said he was seen for the pain is his back (true), dehydration (true but he didn't know that until they told him that and gave him an IV to hydrate him), and for low blood sugar (again, he didn't know that until they told him).
Since then I have been submitting Public Records Act requests (PRA's)to find out WHY they denied our hardship request (3 days before he DIED) for him to be released early from parole (just 4 months out of 5 years) when his service related back injury (he was a Veteran) got so bad that his leg was locked up and he could barely walk so he was stuck at home in his bed with no one in his county that could help him. The denial email suggested we contact his Parole Officer (PO), Maurice Blount, for info about resources that could help him (BS!), BUT the 2 PHONE #'S they provided for the PO were DISCONNECTED when I tried calling the night before my fiance died!!! That night I happened to record myself attempting to call both #'s, anticipating that I would start a YouTube channel about the corruption within CDCR:

CDCR (California Department of Corrections & "Rehabilitation") has been playing games with my Public Records requests, taking their sweet time, charging lots of money ($235 for the first one!) and then omitting documentation I've requested (pulling entire pages from multi-page chain emails, not providing text messages, etc.). They refused to talk with me about the missing items or respond to my email that specifically laid out for them what was missing from my request and the specific Government Codes in the CA Public Records Act request that they were violating. CDCR finally responded (with more BS and inaccurate excuses), but only after I posted these 2 videos to YouTube AND emailed links to them:

When I returned 1 week later on 3/6/20 to submit a new PRA (on piggy themed stationary – lol!) for a list of all of CDCR's 60,000+ employees with their contact information (since they don't like to disclose any of it when I ask for names and emails by phone), there was quite a different response with 2 people coming to greet me and one of them telling me they will "comply with the law" (I think they reacted to my email pointing out how they are supposed to assist the public with wording their PRA's so they get the info they are looking for AND to my CLOWNS! video that made a mockery of CDCR's chaos and disorganization and disrespect of the US Flag that they dragged on the floor before crumpling it up and stashing it on top of a file cabinet!). When I got home, I COULD NOT UPLOAD OR DOWNLOAD my video file from that day, and when I played it back and watched several times before recording it with an old school camera, I noticed suspicious behaviors and smirky smiles being flashed between the staff in the lobby… This is the video I compiled from my visit that day:

When Covid-19 started hitting the US, and the 1st CASE IN CALIFORNIA CAME OUT OF SOLANO COUNTY (where my fiance had been forced to live & die by the conditions of his parole) and I learned that it can cause PNEUMONIA, I started to wonder if the gov't had done some kind of a "test-run" on my fiance back in June.
Now, watching all the lies, misinformation, and stupid-ass "mistakes" being made by our government with getting people in the US tested for Covid-19, our Sac County Public Health Dept. "giving up" on contract tracing last week after allowing 3 students to come to school after they were exposed to a relative who was on quarantine because they had been in contact with the 1st Covid-19 patient to be treated at UC Davis hospital in Sacramento, and an email telling teachers to keep this information about the students confidential (they never even notified students' families about this risky behavior!). Someone (braver than I with putting their employment at risk) leaked the email to local media who did a story about it in which they asked our school district's communications person WHY the information was kept confidential, instead of answering that question, she went on about violating the confidentiality was a breech of FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) and that they will be looking into who leaked the email. Meanwhile other districts were being transparent with their families about exposed students coming to school.

The very next day, March 7, 2020, our district was the first in CA to close all schools! Initially for this past week while they figured things out, and now for the next 3 weeks plus Spring Break. Also, during this past week a student in our district tested positive for Covid-19…
Furthermore, looking back, my fiance would not let me call 911 the night before he died (but kept thanking me for everything I had done for him and telling me that I was the "bestest" – which was one of my words), and I found out from his downstairs neighbor that 2 nights before he died she and the apartment manager had been in his apartment to turn off the kitchen sink faucet that was now dripping through her ceiling because he had managed to hobble to the sink to get water & didn't turn the faucet off before hobbling back to his bed. She said he was moaning in pain and kept saying, "I'M GOING TO DIE! I'M GOING TO DIE!", but he wouldn't let her call 911 either. So then I have to wonder if his PO/CDCR/doctors at Sutter had told him that he was going to die and threatened him not to try to save himself or they would do something to people he cared about. My fiance was a good man with a big heart who would sacrifice himself to save others (again, he was a US Veteran), and I believe in an attempt not to worry me or put me at risk or cause me to call 911 despite him telling me not to, that he didn't tell me he was going to die although he kept saying so when the neighbor and apartment manager were in his apartment the night before I drove there to care for him as best as I could…
Lastly, my fiance's PO had gone to his apartment the first day he missed work due to his back (he never went back to work cuz he died 9 days later), and although the PO had to help him hobble between his bed and the bathroom for his obligatory PO visit pee test, he never went back to check on him until 9 days later when he was dead. The PO had told my fiance the reason he came by that 1st day was because he saw from the GPS ankle monitor that my fiance was home all day instead of going to work. The PO saw what horrible shape he was in and did nothing over the next 9 days, even after I submitted the hardship request for an early release from parole and the PO's Unit Supervisor (Keith Glawson in Vallejo) consulted with the PO about the request before it was denied! It took lots of research and time to finally get Keith Glawson's name and a phone #, and more effort just to get him on the phone with me at which time he claimed he didn't know that my fiance was off work or had gone to the ER 5 days before he died. Here's part of that call in which he asks me if I witnessed , with my own eyes, the PO "NOT doing something" (can't witness someone NOT doing something, dumbass!!!) – I have the entire call but have not published it because there's things that Keith Glawson said that I don't want CDCR to know that I know…

All these coincidences are just too suspicious to ignore…and I have been unable to find a lawyer willing to even consult with me about a potential wrongful death lawsuit against Sutter Hospital &/or CDCR, OR about a lawsuit against CDCR related to the withholding of Public Records…

NO testing … no containment … good luck. 20,000 minimum on the 14th March 2020 is likely actual number and USA is months behind. 26 tests per day … a nation that is 5% your size called Australia tests 4,000 a week …. capacity to test 10,000 a week … so thats 1.500 a day times 13 compared to the USA so we can test …. 20,000 and USA … can test 26 a day ? Iam furious to learn that Trump fail to heed the warnings of a simulated high level pandemic exercise, code named Event 201. The exercise was conducted on 18 October 2019, by the John Hopkins center for Health and security. Event 201 Health experts issued a ominous warning about a coronavirus pandemic 5 months ago. The simulation showed that it could kill as many as 65 million people. Trump had enough warning to put plans in place but did nothing.
