Disband unions period. Stop funding them period until they reform the unions or just disband them period and start over. It’ll probably be cheaper in the long run, but governments are complicit with this behavior so they would never take action. This is why police are called “government dogs”.

If you have no problems mistreating, hurting and possibly trying to KILL me I will more the willingly do the same to you. When people as whole are willing to accept responsibility for themselves this will start to decline.
