Journalists Take Germany’s Foreign Intelligence Service to Court

Germany’s highest court is hearing a case brought by a group of journalists against the country’s foreign intelligence service, the BND. The plaintiffs say a new law allows the BND to spy on journalists abroad almost without restrictions – and share the information with other intelligence agencies. We spoke with one of the journalists bringing the case before the court.

  1. 2. Totally disingenuous to use loopholes to spy on each other's citizens. It's illegal, and the spies involved should see trial for treason given that are systematically and deliberately assaulting democracy and liberty in order to protect those whom these journalists expose – i.e. Mafias, war criminals, genocidal mass murderers. It is chilling that Germany would do this, and they should be censured and sanctioned if this is the case.

  3. Welcome to fveyes security my brother from another mother. The stalking, gaslighting, slandering, intimdation tactics are rampant. Its gang mantality and reminds me of grade school bullies growing up. Google fveyes security

  4. Well it should be known that the general public is being poisoned through tampons food water cologne makeup and other products, this is world war 3. It's just that the general public doesn't know how they fought one another. Counterfeit products can be made anywhere especially the labeling of the product. As a certified printer I should know

  5. Good luck!
It's this double standards. Intelligence agencies may be limited what they do domestically, but seldom what they do with foreign information. And when you have allies, you share information.
What is wrong to do in one country, should be wrong to do in another country.

  6. There's a simple remedy for this type of "hostile intelligence" gathering. Arrest him on trumped up charges, force him into exile in a friendly consulate, take away his protection by buying off the friendly country, get the US or the UK to arrest him, and let him rot in a high security prison. Simple.
