When we consider that the U.S. is worth trillions of dollars, mostly via payroll taxes, plus a lesser amount from state and local taxing. The U.S. could pay every American a one time shot of one million dollars, and still have trillions of bucks left over to support itself. Yeah, We are in debt to China for who knows how much. And, there are military bases numbering in excess of over seven hundred throughout the world. Some should be shut down. Japan has wanted the US out of it's country for decades now. Those bases cost American tax payers billions over time. Yet, we have the likes of Lyndsey Graham and Ben Sasse out of their heads over a few more dollars per hour over an employee's normal hourly rate, just to tide them over until this Pandemic has passed. Graham is worth over three million bucks. Sasse? I don't know. But they are shamefull and shameless.

I thought it would not be a thing in Ireland to treat patients for "free". I do not pay either in Germany and in other countries in the EU it´s the same. But I wished we would not have private hospitals for profit, but we have. Healthcare, essential things like water and power should also not be in the hands of private coorps.
